Hi, I’m Dee antoine.

I am a fully qualified Mathematics teacher, currently based in Leighton Buzzard. I am DBS checked and have taught in and around London schools for over thirty years.

Maths is my passion. My aim is to make learning Maths enjoyable and impactful for my students. I am an enthusiastic teacher, always intending to make my lessons stimulating and challenging.

I am young at heart, fit and full of energy with a light hearted sense of humour. During my tutoring sessions I focus on relationship-building as well as delivering content - my aim is to establish a calm and comfortable learning environment to help each student achieve their goals. allinmathstuition

My Approach

Students need to be relaxed and in a comfortable space to learn effectively. Often times it is a lack of confidence that creates barriers to learning. Some students need help to overcome the fear of Maths. I aim to make the subject more relatable, more inviting and less intimidating. My objective is to build confidence alongside delivering content.

learn it

I help my students develop and enhance their critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I guide them to achieve their best potential, through the extensive use of positive reinforcement. Students not only have the freedom to proceed at their own pace, but also to ask questions without feeling intimidated in any way.

practice it

I provide and use past papers so that my students can familiarise themselves with the style of questioning used by relevant qualification boards; this in turn, improves exam performance.
